The tender for the implementer of the Czech Pavilion for the International and Universal Exposition EXPO 2015 in Milan was launched on October 10th 2013.
The initial conference will take place on October 24th, 2013 at 2.00 p.m. at Commissioner´s General Office – Rytířská 31, Praha 1. Client kindly requires that contractors who are interested in submitting an offer for the public contract to confirm their attendance at the initial conference by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by October 21st, 2013. Participants of the initial conference will be obliged to demonstrate that they are authorized to act on behalf or in the name of the given contractor (by submitting an excerpt from the Companies Register, power of attorney, etc.) and, at the same time, they will have to sign a statutory declaration that the contractor, on whose behalf they are attending the conference, is interested in participating in the tender and in submitting an offer for the public contract.
At the initial conference, the Client will, most of all, inform individual applicants about its basic ideas, requirements and expectations, related especially to the Solution study, which will form a part of every offer. At the same time, the Client can inform the present applicants about previous exhibitions, about the environment where the current exhibition will be implemented, etc.
Nevertheless, the Client would like to point out that no questions having a character of additional information will be answered at the conference. A protocol will be created from the initial conference and this protocol will be subsequently sent to all contractors who collect the Tender documentation.
