Invitation for proposals for performing a small-scale public contract

Creating a concept and cubsequent supervision of the implementation of the Czech National Day within the participation of the Czech Republic at the World Exposition EXPO 2010 in Shanghai.
The Commissioner General Office for the participation of the Czech Republic at EXPO 2010 has announced a small-scale public contract named "Creating a Concept and Subsequent Supervision of the Implementation of the Czech National Day within the Participation of the Czech Republic at the World Exposition Expo 2010 in Shanghai".
The contracting body notifies the bidders that pursuant to provisions of Section 18(3) of the Public Procurement Act, this small-scale public contract is not tendered within any of the tender procedures determined by the Public Procurement Act, but on the grounds of a selection procedure and proposals submitted within this invitation.
The subject of performance of the small-scale public contract for services is the creation of a concept and the subsequent supervision of the implementation of the Czech National Day. The supply of services includes, in addition, a programme concept and dramaturgical and directory services.
