Tender procedure for a film spot about the Czech Republic

The Commissioner General's Office for the participation of the Czech Republic at EXPO 2010 has announced a public contract under the heading "Film spot about the Czech Republic's regions for participation of the Czech Republic in the World Exposition 2010 in Shanghai."
The film spot should be an original and dynamic portrait of the Czech Republic’s fourteen regions. It will be used to present the country and its individual regions at EXPO 2010. The film will run as a continuous loop through the day during the pavilion's opening hours in the Multimedia Hall. This is an area of approximately 100 m², visually separated from the exhibition itself, which will be used first of all for presentations and associated projects related to the Czech participation in EXPO 2010. Considering the placement and dimensions of the screening system, the spot will form a significant visual element inside the pavilion.
The spot must avoid the standard run-of-the-mill home study and the descriptive approach and should instead, in relation to the EXPO 2010 themes as well as the Czech presentation, present the Czech Republic as a modern, dynamic and self-confident participating country. Emphasis should be stressed on the visual aspect and expressive musical part of the work. The visitor seeing the presentation must be enchanted, emotionally struck and surprised.
