We will build a VIP room in the Czech Pavilion in EXPO 2010 in Shanghai situated on the main visitors' boulevard where Partners of the national exhibition and other business entities can welcome their guests, present their companies and conduct their trade negotiations at elite level with the assistance of hostesses and with refreshment. The "Meeting Room" on 90 m2 will be visually interconnected with the Czech exhibition and functionally with the multimedia hall. Apart from the highly sophisticated ambient it will provide up-to-date technology equipment for company presentations. EXPO is also an ideal opportunity for incentive journeys with business partners. Czech attendance in EXPO 2010 including participation of the Partners will be preceded and later accompanied by a targeted communication campaign focused on both Chinese and Czech media market.
